Henry Feit
Chief Executive Officer & FounderHenry Feit is the owner of Palm Tech IT, a Florida-based IT services company dedicated to helping businesses and individuals feel confident in the technology they use every day. He founded his approach on a simple belief: technology should work for people, and everyone deserves a reliable team they can trust.
Henry earned his Associate of Arts in Information Technology from Valencia College in 2025 and is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at the University of Central Florida. He is passionate about continuing to learn and applying his knowledge to help others navigate an ever-changing technology landscape.
Henry finds direction in his faith and seeks the Lord’s guidance in both his personal life and his work. His faith shapes the way he approaches challenges, serves others, and makes decisions. He strives to lead with integrity, treat people with kindness, and use his skills to make a positive difference in the lives of those around him.
Michael Stephenson
Project ManagerMichael Stephenson is the Project Manager at Palm Tech IT, where he helps clients plan and carry out technology projects of all sizes. From comprehensive IT upgrades to carefully planned software transitions, he works to keep projects organized and help clients feel supported throughout the process.
Michael is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at the University of Central Florida. He is passionate about continuing to develop his knowledge and using what he learns to help clients make the most of their technology.
Michael takes pride in being kind, caring, and understanding. He believes in listening to others, treating people with respect, and building strong relationships with the clients and colleagues he works with.
Jacob DeNinno
IT Support ManagerJacob DeNinno is the IT Support Manager at Palm Tech IT and one of Henry’s closest friends and colleagues. He shares a passion for technology and enjoys helping people feel more comfortable and confident with the devices and systems they use every day.
Jacob is currently pursuing his Associate of Arts in Information Technology at Valencia College. Through his studies, he is building his knowledge and developing skills that he brings to his role at Palm Tech IT.
As IT Support Manager, Jacob helps oversee the support experience and works with the team to address clients’ technology needs. He values being there for others and contributing to a welcoming, supportive environment where clients know they can turn for help.
Erik Stephenson
A/V System SpecialistErik Stephenson is the A/V Systems Specialist at Palm Tech IT, where he combines his creativity and technical knowledge to support clients. He works with the Adobe Creative Suite to create advertisements and other digital media that help clients share their message.
Erik also supports clients in audiovisual environments, including operating audio systems for events and other productions. He holds Dante Level 1, 2, and 3 certifications, demonstrating his knowledge of audio networking.
Erik is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting at the University of Central Florida. He brings attention to detail and a thoughtful approach to both his creative work and the technical support he provides.
